Thankful for this practice for finally leading me a solution to deal with HS for years. I have seen many doctors and dermatologists who couldn’t provide the right treatmemt or recommend surgery only for it to come right back. Dr. Leah Waller took time to answer all my questions, provide options and didn’t waste time in treatment. She is caring, patient, very intelligent, and so relatable. She is God send.

Let me start by saying, I’ve been very hesitant to invest in cool sculpting. I finally gave in as I am having thee HARDEST time losing these last few post partum pounds and I’m so happy I chose this specific spa to start my journey! I was fortunate to work with Sierra, who although is newer to this service, was an absolute professional. She made me feel so comfortable and so welcomed! I don’t know that there could be anything quite as awkward as putting on a paper bra and having all of your ‘trouble spots’ circled in permanent marker and photographed but Sierra was sooo sweet, the whole process was relaxed and friendly. Sierra obviously is passionate at what she does and has a genuine care for what her clients want for results. I appreciated that she didn’t sugar coat what Im looking for would take multiple sessions. The entire facility was welcoming and cleanly, I can’t wait to go back! If you made it this far reading this, heres the best part- because Sierra is an experienced Esthetician I was also able to get some skincare advice and amazing samples while we chatted thru the sculpting process ☺️

My experience at Reston Dermatology was awesome, far surpasses any medical spa I’ve been to. The initial vibe of the place is stunning, it’s clean and bright with the most welcoming friendly front desk staff around. You are warmly greeted as family with beautiful smiles. My appointment was for skin treatment with Sierra and Arnella. I expressed to Arnella that I wanted a natural look; I explained what my desired look was and she really took the time to make sure she knew what I wanted, which I really appreciated. Arnella was very delicate and made sure I was doing well. Sierra was so gentle and explained the skin laser process so I understood. She explained my aftercare and suggested products that would help me achieve more youthful skin. I will absolutely be back and I highly recommend Reston Dermatology for all of your skin care concerns and needs.

I absolutely love Dr. Leah Waller. She always provide superior attention and care. My daughter and I love her so much that we drive an hour just to get to our appointments. My daughter struggled for years with her skin and Dr. Waller and her expertise cleared up my daughter’s skin. I was very happy to see my daughter’s confidence return. Thank you Dr. Waller!! She is very transparent, honest, caring and truthful. Dr. Walker is also very knowledgeable and thorough. The office is very clean and everyone is extremely pleasant and helpful. Excellent care! I would definitely recommend. The entire Staff and Dr. Leah Waller is Awesome!!!!

UPDATED- I got a call from Colleen with billing and she was very kind. Thank you Colleen! They have since fixed their system to not have this reoccur. Great doctors (seriously awesome). Meh billing experience. Went there over a year ago (and paid my copays) and woke up this morning to random charges on my credit card from them with 0 explanation or notice. Called and they said there was a balance due from insurance but that they still shouldn't have charged my card without notice. Waiting to talk to the manager now. Will edit depending on that outcome.

I stopped coming here for some time because I had moved to another town but this place is worth the trip! My dermatologist is Arnela Zukanovic but the entire staff is great! I have been to enough dermatologists to know Reston Dermatology + Cosmetic Center is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about their patients. They have been so helpful in addressing my skincare needs while also working with my insurance and District Pharmacy to make sure my prescriptions are affordable. Today I came in for a check up and brought in all of the products I use regularly on my skin. Arnela reviewed all the products and determined which ones were okay for me to use and which to discontinue. She also knows which over the counter brands to recommend which is amazing! I have been to several dermatologists that only recommend high-end expensive products which are not always in my price range. Reston Derm is the best! The front desk staff is also so helpful and friendly!! Whether you come here for dermatology or cosmetic procedures, you will be in great hands! I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
